This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PureForce Elements (Company, we, our, or, us). By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility⏪

We are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns, provide photos and a description of the issue. Upon verification a replacement or refund will be offered without product return. 
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns are not required for approved claims.

Natural ingredient variations may occur in taste, colour or texture.

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used supplements and consumable products (due to health and safety regulations).
  • Digital products or downloadable materials.
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Orders refused by customs due to product restrictions or unpaid custom taxes. 

ACL Rights

Opened or used supplements are non-refundable due to health & safety regulations,” but this does not override ACL rights.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

 

We will assess your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

To request a refund or return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@pureforceelements.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions.

3. If a return is approved, you must send the product back to our designated US warehouse at your own cost. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

We will process the refund once we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

5. Processing Time for Refunds

  • If your refund or replacement is approved, replacements will be shipped within 5 business days. Alternatively, store credit may be issued instead of refund upon request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

7. Consumer Rights US & AUS Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to override or exclude your rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance:
If you are purchasing from Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to our store policies. Change-of-mind returns remain subject to our standard return policy.
