Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States via USPS Standard & Express Shipping.

🚚 Processing Time: 1-2 business days
📦 Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($4.50 - $10+ depending on weight)
⚡ Express Shipping: 1-3 business days ($9 - $15+ depending on weight)

Australian Orders:

For orders outside the U.S. we have partnered with FedEx.
Orders to Australia are fulfilled by Suppliful and may take 3-5 Business days for delivery. Shipping costs for Australian orders are based on weight and are displayed at checkout. Orders to Australia do not include GST unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking
    •    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
    •    If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@pureforceelements.com.

Shipping Restrictions
    •    We do not currently ship outside the United States & Australia.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

For Australian orders, if a package is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under ACL.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to Australian consumers. PureForce Elements is not responsible for additional charges. 

Shipping times may vary. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
